1. Parties and scope

These terms govern the relationship between BLACK POINT AGENCY S.R.L. — a Romanian limited liability company with its registered office at București, Sector 3, Strada Zizin, Nr. 8, Ap. 55, România, registered with the Trade Registry under no. J40/3087/18.02.2022, fiscal code 45669375, EUID ROONRC.J40/3087/2022 (the “Company”) — and users of the website blackpointagency.com (the “Users”).

Using the site implies full acceptance of these terms. If you don’t agree with any of them, please stop using the website.

2. Personal data

They are not directly purchasable online; any engagement is set up individually under a service agreement negotiated with each client.

6. Pricing and payment

Any prices shown on the site or in commercial communications are indicative and may be expressed in EUR; conversion to RON is at the Romanian National Bank exchange rate on the invoice date. Final prices, including VAT, are set in the service agreement.

Payment is made by bank transfer, against the invoices issued, on the terms specified in the contract.

7. Delivery timelines

Timelines for deliverables (campaigns, reports, creative assets and so on) are set per project and included in the service agreement.

8. Limitation of liability

The Company makes reasonable efforts to keep the website running and information up to date, but does not guarantee that the site will be available without interruption or free from errors. The Company is not liable for:

• Any losses or damages resulting from your use, or inability to use, the site;
• The content of third-party sites linked from this website;
• Technical failures, cyber-attacks or other events outside the Company’s control.

Contractual liability is capped under the specific provisions of each service agreement.

9. Disputes and applicable law

Disputes will first be addressed amicably. If that fails, the competent Romanian courts at the Company’s registered office have jurisdiction.

These terms are governed by Romanian law.
